This process provides the most advanced autocatalytic nickel chemistry in the world. The process was developed over several years and implemented in production facilities in California and Tinker AFB. The high purity formulation of these processes evolved into the semiconductor processes provided today. The basic technology eliminates Sodium and Sulfate from the process and continuously removes the Orthophosphite by-product producing a high purity process that will function for thousands of MTOs. |
